Trade customers are provided with site surveys free of charge, based on the survey being carried out during normal hours. In addition we offer Free of charge Annual Preventative Maintenance visits included for all single and three phase UPS solutions based on normal office hours.

We offer direct shipments for trade accounts and our trade service includes:
- Direct same day, next day and positioning on site for single and three phase orders.
- Environmental recycling of legacy UPS, generator and batteries with recycling forms emailed to you.
- Plain shipping with your company name and Logo
- Receive invoices by email
- Onsite services and commissioning paperwork using your forms/logo.
