Our generators range are typically used within UPS installations to supplement an existing battery set runtime. Fuel cells are an emerging technology that can be used in place of a generator. Flywheels provide a short-runtime DC supply that can be used to reduce the number of charge/discharge cycles on a battery set and/or help to cover the start-up period of an onsite generator. Inverters provide a AC supply from a DC source – most commonly a battery set or rectifier.
