Benefits of the ElectraGen XTi integrated fuel cell solution
Standard battery-based or hydrogen fuelled backup power solutions are impractical when autonomies of over a few hours are required. The energy-dense, liquid methanol-based fuel used by the ElectraGen XTi can give autonomies of days. It takes just 30 gallons of methanol to give 24 hours continuous runtime and the integral fuel tank can hold 59 gallons.
