We operate a call back service Public Holidays while service contract customers are provided with a out of hours contract number or can log a call via the Service Login Portal.

Clients with a 24-7 maintenance contract are provided with a 24-7 technical support and service alarm telephone number. These sites may also be remotely monitored by Critical Power Supplies using specialist monitoring software.
Please do not forget you can use your Service Portal and once logged in report faults, check status of tickets and request PM visits.
