Generators are used within larger UPS installations to provide a source of AC power to supplement an existing battery set when the mains fails. Fuel tanks run from eight to twenty-four hours and Critical Power Supplies installations team can provide a full installation including bunded tanks, onsite fuel storage, connection to a central BMS panel and 24-7 remote monitoring as well as ongoing maintenance and support.

Critical Power Supplies generators can be used as a standalone prime power solution or as part of a power continuity plan in standby configuration. Single and three phase generators are available with parallel N+1 configuration to support UPS installations up to 6MVA capacity.
