The E470 is rated at 20-100Amps and uses Utility Company standard software available via a web portal which is hosted on a dedicated econtrolsserver. The benefits of the web portal for reviewing performance includes:

- There is no software to install so this eliminates any firewall restrictions or organisation protocol.
- Our customers are provided with their own login access which allows them to view their usage or generation data at any time as well as reports for valuable data analysis.
- Because access is web based it can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from wherever the user has access to the internet.

The Smart Metering software doesn’t just simply collect generation readings, it also acts as a powerful remote monitoring system. The software constantly monitors the performance of our Smart Meters and in turn the performance of the Solar Panels themselves. This feature has become a vital element of our service in relation to the ‘FeedinTariff’ in centive scheme. The reports range from simple ‘NoData’ received to ‘ZeroGenerationData’ reports and even ‘Tamper’ alerts which would alert you to possible meter tampering or eventotal system failure. Various exception reports are automatically created for site / customer on a weekly basis.
