Critical Power Supplies would like to inform you of our sales, order processing, delivery arrangements and post sale support opening hours up to and over the Christmas and New Year Holiday Period.
Our Sales office, order processing and delivery team will close at lunchtime on Friday 24th of December 2010.
Our Post sale support team is operating throughout the holiday period and contract customers should call 0845 519 3928 or email email@example.com. Non Contract customers can call this number and we will try to support you.
The delivery of orders received up to 12:00 noon on Tuesday 21st December 2010 will follow our standard delivery schedule subject to stock levels. For orders received after 12:00 noon on Tuesday 21st December 2010 and up to 12:00 noon on Wednesday 22nd of December 2010, the team at Critical Power Supplies will make every effort to ensure delivery is made to customer’s premises by 12:00 noon on Friday 24th December 2010. Orders not delivered by Friday 24th of December 2010 will be made on or shortly after Tuesday 4th of January 2011.
Customers can make their own arrangements to collect their orders from our different warehouse locations, however the order must be placed with us by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 22nd of December 2010 and is subject to availability.
Your sales team at Critical Power Supplies will reopen for business on Tuesday 4th January 2011 at which our normal order processing system will resume.
