    VSD 2200 ER Overview

The Vision Dual 2200 ER is a flexible UPS that can be mounted in both tower and rack formats. Supplied with a rotatable LCD screen so that you can see any critical information in either orientation.

The Vision Dual 2200 ER is rated for 1760 Watts of power. This allows you to connect any critical IT Equipment to ensure uptime and protection for a range of power problems; power outages, power surges, power sags, overvoltages and brownouts.

The Vision Dual range can be plugged-in, and it is ready to go allowing you to have your equipment protected within minutes, giving you peace of mind.

The ER Unit requires an external battery module to provide a runtime during a power outage. Compared to the standard unit, the advantages of the ER unit are that you can chain battery packs to allow for an extended runtime (Hence the ER). See the table below for the extended battery modules.

    Features and Benefits

    • Automatic voltage stabilisation reduces the risk of sags, surges, and brownouts.
    • Cold Start capability enables operation without any mains supply.
    • Available with additional battery boxes to deliver extended runtime.
    • Versatile tower or rackmount-style UPS with user-friendly plug and play installation.
    • Free PowerShield3 software so that you can easily and safely shut down important equipment with a graceful shutdown.

Detect system overloads, loose defective components and damaged switchgear. Infrared electrical testing finds hot, dangerous problems quickly. Infrared electrical inspections find hot spots caused by defects in connections and components.

Infrared thermography is used to find areas of excess heat (caused by increased resistance) so that problems can be corrected before a component fails, causing damage to the component, creating safety hazards and productivity loss. Because increased heating is a sign of failure, infrared is the best diagnostic tool available for finding these hot connections in the early stages of degeneration.
