I ordered a replacement UPS battery online and due to an internal processing error coupled with a shortage of the specific battery pack needed, I was sent a new up to date UPS as a sign of good customer relations. I didn’t ask for this level of service, it was just given.
When I need a battery for my new UPS, or need to suggest a supplier for any IT power related needs I shall point people to the website.
